We're up front about cost because you should know whether this is for you before we get into a call. Here's how we think about it.
An MOT slot is forty to fifty quid in testing fees. That's not the real number.
The real number is the repair work that follows. Brakes, tyres, exhausts, a bit of welding. The average MOT customer spends another £100 to £200 on repair work within the year. So every customer who can't get through on the phone and rings the next garage isn't a lost £45, it's a lost £200 to £300 of work.
And it doesn't happen once. It happens several times a week, every time the phone rings while you're under a car.
One or two recovered customers a week, customers who would have rung the next garage on the list, more than covers the monthly fee.
Everything beyond that, the time saved on admin, the no-shows reduced by SMS reminders, the reviews that bring in inbound calls you didn't have to chase, is on top.
A couple of recovered jobs a month more than covers the monthly fee. An MOT is £40 to £50 in testing, but the repair work that comes through the door behind it is worth far more.
A receptionist to handle those same calls would cost you two or three times this in wages, and still go home at five. The system does the job around the clock for the monthly fee, and never takes a day off.
One tier. Everything in. The voice receptionist, the online booking, the workshop portal, the SMS lifecycle, advisory recall, the reviews engine, the referral loop. No add-ons, no per-call charges, no surprises.

Setup takes one to two working days once we have what we need. There's no minimum contract: thirty days' notice if it's not for you. We don't try to talk anyone into this who doesn't need it: if you've got an in-house receptionist and a system you love, you almost certainly don't.
If you do need it, you'll know within a fortnight. The phone won't go to voicemail again.
