This is the way to start. Pay the £797 setup, send us your details, and we get your system built and configured. Honest about the timeframes below, because some bits (like phone lines) take a fortnight to sort properly and we'd rather you know up front.

What the £797 setup includes

The full build and configuration of your system

This is the once-off setup fee. It covers building and configuring everything from scratch, for your garage, your branding, your hours, your numbers. When it's done you have the whole system live, in your hands, ready to take calls.

  • The AI voice receptionist, configured for your garage's greeting and call-handling rules
  • The website we build you (your domain, your branding, MOT status check, DVSA advisory lookup, online booking baked in)
  • The workshop portal (MOT diary, multi-bay workshop diary, manual booking, customer records, invoicing, job cards)
  • The SMS lifecycle (confirmations, 24-hour reminders, car-ready, 11-month MOT reminders)
  • The advisory recall engine configured against your customer base
  • The reviews automation and the referral loop
  • Your dedicated phone number set up, and your existing line set to forward to it (we handle the setup and the paperwork with your phone provider, BT or whoever you're with)
  • Setup, go-live verification, and the handover call
What happens next

Step by step, with honest timeframes

  1. Pay the £797 setup Today

    Nothing begins until this is made. Once it's done we get going immediately.

  2. Send us your details and book the onboarding call Same day

    After payment you land on a short onboarding form. Garage name, address, phone, opening hours, MOT price, bay names, your logo. Then you book in a 30-minute onboarding call with us to walk through anything that needs a conversation.

  3. We build and configure your system 2 to 5 working days

    Your account, your website, your portal, your voice receptionist scripts, your SMS templates, your advisory recall, your reviews flow. All built to the details you sent us.

  4. Phone line setup runs in parallel Up to 2 weeks

    This is the bit with the longest lead time. The regulatory paperwork for your business and address typically clears in 24 hours; the call-forwarding from your existing line (BT, Sky, whoever you're with) usually takes a few working days to a fortnight depending on the provider. We do the chasing and the paperwork.

  5. You go live When everything's ready

    The phone forwards, the receptionist starts answering, the portal goes live for your team, the website goes live for your customers. We verify everything end to end with you on the handover call.

Your monthly fee only starts at go-live

The £697 a month doesn't start when you pay the setup. It starts when the product is actually in your hands, your phone forwarding, your customers booking, your team using the portal. You're not paying monthly for something you don't have yet. We trigger the monthly subscription manually on the day you go live, with a separate link.
