This is the way to start. Pay the £797 setup, send us your details, and we get your system built and configured. Honest about the timeframes below, because some bits (like phone lines) take a fortnight to sort properly and we'd rather you know up front.
This is the once-off setup fee. It covers building and configuring everything from scratch, for your garage, your branding, your hours, your numbers. When it's done you have the whole system live, in your hands, ready to take calls.
Nothing begins until this is made. Once it's done we get going immediately.
After payment you land on a short onboarding form. Garage name, address, phone, opening hours, MOT price, bay names, your logo. Then you book in a 30-minute onboarding call with us to walk through anything that needs a conversation.
Your account, your website, your portal, your voice receptionist scripts, your SMS templates, your advisory recall, your reviews flow. All built to the details you sent us.
This is the bit with the longest lead time. The regulatory paperwork for your business and address typically clears in 24 hours; the call-forwarding from your existing line (BT, Sky, whoever you're with) usually takes a few working days to a fortnight depending on the provider. We do the chasing and the paperwork.
The phone forwards, the receptionist starts answering, the portal goes live for your team, the website goes live for your customers. We verify everything end to end with you on the handover call.
The £697 a month doesn't start when you pay the setup. It starts when the product is actually in your hands, your phone forwarding, your customers booking, your team using the portal. You're not paying monthly for something you don't have yet. We trigger the monthly subscription manually on the day you go live, with a separate link.
